As United Methodists, we believe that we have an obligation to bear a faithful Christian witness to Jesus Christ, the living reality at the center of the Church’s life and witness.
We are particularly concerned about inviting people to experience God’s grace and to grow in their knowledge and love of God through disciplined Christian living and putting faith and love into action. We believe that the living core of the Christian faith is revealed in Scripture, illumined by tradition, brought to life through personal experience, and confirmed by reason.
